“My experience at Sai Rock definitely exceeded my expectations. I booked directly through Tracy. She was very friendly, swift in communication and very helpful. Nothing beats a hustle free booking especially that this was a very last minute booking. We were received by very friendly staff and got an early check in. The room was clean, organized and to crown it all, breathtaking views of the ocean. I couldn't get enough of this room, I'm definitely coming back again, to that same room. I could watch my kids swimming in the pool from the comfort of my balcony , what more could I ask for. All the staff were very kind and helpful, from the reception, the dining areas, housekeeping, everyone. My stay was very pleasant, I can't wait to be back. “It's just an amazing place to spend your holiday or even take your employees for a retreat. On customer service it's amazing especially there's a lady called Barbara very hospitable lady and I loved that welcoming vibe she gave us amazing personality, that's definitely a for keep employee. On the food just lovely setup and the waiters amazing Job especially there's a young man can't remember the name doing night shift mostly His name is called Karl I think... amazing guy and personality also an employee for keep”
